Celeste Weinstein, VCTSA
Principal
Celeste is the principal of SSD Title & Escrow and Signed Sealed Delivered, LLC, and a Virginia Certified Title Settlement Agent and licensed Title Agent/Producer. A 1986 graduate of George Mason University, she began her career as a title examiner in 1985 and has over 35 years of experience in title examination, settlement processing, and title remediation, with deep adherence to ALTA Best Practices. Celeste has successfully presided over more than 10,000 residential transactions and is an active member of the American Land Title Association and the Virginia Land Title Association.

Kalman T. Weinstein
Settlement Officer
Kalman is a 2019 graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University who began his career working college summers as a pre-settlement coordinator alongside his mother, Celeste. He joined SSD Title & Escrow full-time in 2020, where he helps process transactions and expand the company’s Northern Virginia presence through modern marketing and high-touch service. Kalman lives in Marshall and is also the founder and lead artist of Cowpoke, a regional favorite at wineries, breweries, and pubs across Loudoun, Fauquier, and Culpeper counties.
