Kalman Weinstein, Settlement Processor

Kalman is a 2019 graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University and a Virginia Notary Public. While in college, Kalman worked summers as a pre-settlement coordinator with his mother, Celeste. When Celeste expanded her wildly successful Signed Sealed Delivered, LLC by launching SSD Title & Escrow in 2020, Kalman was brought on full-time to process transactions and grow SSD’s market share in Northern Virginia through social media and superior service.  Although Kalman is currently acting as SSDTE’s settlement coordinator and processor, he is pursuing his title insurance license and is looking forward to conducting real estate settlements for SSD in 2022.  Kalman is a 2019 Randolph Hearst Award recipient in Journalism and has published over a dozen news articles for Richmond news networks. His VCU internships include service at AARP Virginia as the head of Social Media & Marketing, and at the Virginia Coalition for Open Government assisting with lobbying at      the Virginia General Assembly.   Following graduation and during the peak of the pandemic, Kalman was an apprentice at Whiffletree Farm in Warrenton, VA where he worked and learned to raise livestock, free range poultry and “farm to table economics”.  Kalman currently resides in Warrenton and is an accomplished musician.  He is the lead artist and founder of Cowpoke, a band favorite at wineries, breweries, and pubs in Loudoun, Fauquier and Culpeper counties.
